Have your pay or benefit credit direct to your account (Our BSB is 802-185) A cheque book and overdraft safety net are available to approved applicants. It is commonly accessed by a Visa or Redicard with a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

• by telephone (Accessline).
• EFTPOS at selected retail outlets.
• Internet banking by accessing NetBanking.
• Automatic Direct Debits.
• BPay bill-paying facility via Accessline or NetBanking.

Member statements which detail all account transactions and balances are sent to you every four months or, if you have a Visa Card or Overdraft facility attached to your account, monthly. More frequent or duplicate statements can be requested at any time. However, a fee may apply.

NetBanking allows you to view your account details and transact on your membership from the comfort of your home or office.

If you are a joint membership holder living at the same address as another joint holder under the same membership, we will only send one statement of your account to that address unless an overdraft facility is attached.
