These days, there's more than one way to pay your bills. BPay is an easy and quick alternative to standing in queues or making multiple phone calls, because you can pay all those regular bills in one hit-over the phone or over the Internet, around the clock, 365 days a year.
BPay by phone
You need to call our Accessline number on 02 6672 2744 and instead of having to dial a different phone number for each bill, you select Option 4 for BPay and follow the prompts to pay your bills.
If you haven't used Accessline, you need firstly to dial the number and change your Telephone Access Code to one of your choice (see the Accessline page for more details). You can then pay your bills whenever it suits you, conveniently and securely with one phone call.
BPAY over the Internet
If you are using BPay with NetBanking, all your bills can be paid via a single website, meaning there's no need for multiple searches. It is visual, so you can see what you are typing, and while you're surfing the web, you can also take a quick detour to pay an unlimited number of bills. You needn't worry about security either, as NetBanking BPay has been specifically designed to protect your funds from unauthorised access.
There are over 4,000 billers in the national BPay network, including most councils, telephone, electricity and gas organisations.
