ALLOW POPUPS
Statement Downloads at SCCU NetBanking are presented as Popup windows which appear as a smaller page on top of the current window. Unfortunately Popups are also frequently used by many sites to display advertising pages. Consequently most browsers include a facility to block Popup windows by default. To use the Statement Download facilities you must allow Popups at our site. Several Search Engine toolbars also have Popup blocking facilities which must be configured to allow popups at our site. Please consult the toolbar's documentation or help files for specific instructions if required.

The blocker should indicate that it has activated when your browser requests a Popup page. Watch for a message to appear. It is often accompanied by a sound if enabled. For browser Popup blockers a warning line will usually drop down at the top of the page to indicate when a Popup is blocked. In most cases you can access the settings to change the Popup blocker behaviour directly from this message by right-clicking on it or pressing an Options button if present. If possible, select an option similar to Always Allow Popups at this site.
