Specific loan types, within our normal portfolio, are available for residential or rural/residential property purchases and improvements where the standard verification of self employed income is not available.

These loans are available to members who are self-employed (also includes loans to Pty Ltd Companies) to assist with purchasing owner occupied or investment residential or rural/residential properties or improvements/repairs to these properties. At least one of the applicants must be self-employed and have held an ACN/ABN for at least 12 months prior to the loan application.
