SCCU - Membership
About Criteria Business Edvest
Do you operate a membership for a business or club?

If the answer is “Yes” we will require:

Business Membership
  • A copy of the Business Registration Certificate.
  • The membership must be opened in the members personal name Trading As the business name.
Company Membership
  • A copy of the Company’s Constitution/Memorandum of Articles of Association.
  • Certificate of Registration of Company.
  • Letter of Direction, signed by directors stating operating authority.
Incorporated Association Membership
  • A copy of the original Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Minutes of meeting, including committee members and directives for operating authorities.
  • Copy of the Rules of the Incorporated Association.
Unincorporated Club Membership
  • Minutes of meeting or a letter, noting members that have been authorised to open and operate the account with SCCU.
Partnership Membership
  • A copy of the Registered Business Certificate naming the Partners (as opposed to just naming the owners of the business).
  • A copy of the Partnership Agreement.

If you operate a company or incorporated body an association must supply a copy of their Annual General Meeting details, authorising persons, their positions and specimen signatures.
