| Do you operate a membership for a business or club?
If the answer is “Yes” we will require:
Business Membership
- A copy of the Business Registration Certificate.
- The membership must be opened in the members personal name Trading As the business name.
Company Membership
- A copy of the Company’s Constitution/Memorandum of Articles of Association.
- Certificate of Registration of Company.
- Letter of Direction, signed by directors stating operating authority.
Incorporated Association Membership
- A copy of the original Certificate of Incorporation.
- Minutes of meeting, including committee members and directives for operating authorities.
- Copy of the Rules of the Incorporated Association.
Unincorporated Club Membership
- Minutes of meeting or a letter, noting members that have been authorised to open and operate the account with SCCU.
Partnership Membership
- A copy of the Registered Business Certificate naming the Partners (as opposed to just naming the owners of the business).
- A copy of the Partnership Agreement.
If you operate a company or incorporated body an association must supply a copy of their Annual General Meeting details, authorising persons, their positions and specimen signatures.
