We are committed to doing everything we can for the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers. As COVID-19 continues to affect the community we may at times need to temporarily close a branch or financial service centre.

We will keep this page and our social media channels updated to keep you informed with any locations that are affected by temporary closures. Our Contact Centre, Netbanking and mobile banking app remain available to help you manage your everyday banking needs.

**SERVICE UPDATE**

 

Due to local flooding, our Lismore Financial Service Centre remains closed today. All our other Financial Service Centres are open, along with our Contact Centre. Please call us on 1300 360 744 if you need us, and stay safe.

 

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances our Byron Bay Financial Service Centre is closed until further notice.

Our closest Financial Service Centre’s that will be happy to assist are:

Mullumbimby – 56 Burringbar Street

&

Ballina – Located in Ballina Fair Shopping Centre 46/84 Kerr St

Our netbanking and mobile banking app remain available, you can also complete cash withdrawals at a number of major ATMs located in close proximity that display the Visa logo. We will continue to keep you up to date with any locations that are affected by temporary closures via either our website or social media channels.

    If you’re concerned about being unable to get to one of our branches due to COVID-19, you can use our mobile banking app or Netbanking to help you manage your everyday banking needs without having to leave home.   • Visiting our Financial Service Centres

    Our Financial Service Centres excluding Kingscliff remain open. Please check the opening hours for any temporary changes before visiting and if you do decide to pop in for the health and safety of all our customers and our team we respectfully ask everyone to please:

    • Take precautions to stop the spread of germs by covering any coughing or sneezing
    • Clean your hands after coughing or sneezing (hand sanitiser is available in all our locations)
    • Follow the recommended social distancing practices
    • Observe any Government requirements that may be in place in our region, for example checking in to that location or wearing a mask

    Please do not enter if:

    • You have any Covid-19 symptoms; or
    • You have had close contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
