Stuart Edwards
CEO
Appointed as our Chief Executive Officer in 2015, Stuart continues to lead the always-evolving transformation of our Credit Union delivering positive results across key strategic areas including organisational culture, employee engagement, financial performance, process improvement and customer experience.
A motivated and passionate leader, Stuart holds a reputation for consistently delivering results that exceed expectations.
Stuart is an experienced Chief Executive Officer and a highly successful strategic business leader with extensive experience in the finance industry, including listed banks and the customer-owned, mutual sector. A member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he holds a Diploma in Financial Services and has various management and leadership qualifications.
Simon Lehmann
Chief Risk Officer
Responsible for risk, compliance and regulatory governance for SCCU, Simon was appointed our Chief Risk Officer in 2018 and holds over 30 years experience in the banking and finance industry.
Simon has been instrumental in the growth of our business since 2015, when he joined our team as the Executive Manager of Sales and Distribution. As a member of the Board Risk Committee and the Board Audit Committee, Simon is SCCU’s point of call for all regulatory requirements, working with all regulators, APRA, ASIC, Austrac, AFCA and the privacy commission.
Known for his ability to make decisions that can improve and even propel the business forward, Simon is an approachable leader and well regarded for the way he maintains and holds steadfast to the values of trust, integrity and respect.
Jessica Jackson
Chief Customer Officer
Appointed as our Chief Customer Officer in 2024, Jessica has been contributing with our Credit Union as part of our executive management team since 2018 when she was first appointed as Chief People Officer.
Jessica plays a crucial role on our customer-centric strategy by guiding, inspiring and enabling our Financial Service Centre and Customer Service Centre leaders and teams in delivering outstanding customers every day, while managing key third-party business relationships.
A strong communicator with natural leadership ability, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Psychology and is an accomplished, people-focused leader with experience in talent strategy, professional development, employee engagement and culture change across a diverse range of businesses.
Patricia Smith
Head of Lending
Strategically leading the growth of our lending portfolio, Patricia was appointed as our Head of Lending in 2025. With more than 25 years experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a forward-thinking approach to our Credit Union.
Patricia’s contribution to SCCU is instrumental in guiding our Personal Loan, Home Loan and Broker teams in delivering outstanding results to support our business growth.
An strategic and innovative leader, she has a Master of Business Administration (specialising in Banking and Finance) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with strong expertise in strategy, governance, innovation, and business transformation.
Luciana Pinciara
Head of Marketing and Projects
Appointed our Head of Marketing and Projects in 2025 and our previously our Marketing and Communication Manager since 2022, Luciana helps leverage our business intelligence by merging marketing, analytics and projects across our business.
A passionate and result-focused leader, she is responsible for driving change along our Marketing and Project teams while facilitating collaboration between cross-departments to deliver impactful change. Her contributions have been awarded with two peer-recognition awards as the SCCU ‘2024 Mover & Changer’ and ‘2025 Shooting Star’.
With a Bachelor in Journalism, an MBA in Project Management, a Diploma in Digital Marketing and a certificate in Business Analysis, Luciana accumulates over 15 years of experience in marketing and digital transformation across multiple industries.
