Customer Satisfaction Results Are In

The results from our Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey are in, and we would like to thank everyone who took the time to share their feedback. Each year, the survey provides valuable insights into what matters most to our customers and helps shape the future of our products, services and overall customer experience.

This year’s results show that 86.87% of customers are satisfied with SCCU, demonstrating the trust our customers continue to place in us and reinforcing our commitment to delivering banking that is simple, personal and responsive to your needs.

The survey highlighted several key areas customers value most, with our personalised customer experience rated highest, alongside face-to-face communication and competitive rates and fees. These insights help us better understand what is working well and where we can continue to improve, ensuring we remain focused on the things that matter most to you.

At SCCU, feedback is more than a measure of performance. It plays an important role in shaping our priorities and guiding the decisions we make throughout the year. From enhancing our digital banking experience and improving communications to reviewing products and services, your feedback helps drive meaningful change across the organisation.

As part of our commitment to supporting our community, we’re also pleased to continue our partnership with the Quiet Courage Foundation. Thanks to customer participation in this year’s survey, SCCU will donate $1,051 to the Foundation, helping them continue their incredible work supporting people impacted by cancer in our local region.

By completing the survey, you not only helped us improve the way we serve our customers but also contributed to making a positive difference in the community.

Thank you for your feedback, your insights and your continued support.
