Linda O’Sullivan

Joining the Southern Cross Credit Union (SCCU) team in 2021, Linda provides support to our Broker Network to help them provide tailored solutions to meet their customers lending needs. As 24 year veteran of banking, her experience and passion is second to none. Known for being firm but fair, Linda enjoys shaping this emerging residential lending space for SCCU and focusses on adding value to each business to ensure successful outcome.

With a vast array of experience, starting out as a teller and then working her way up through retail banking, private banking and then onto Business Development with NAB Broker, Linda likes a challenge. Having developed skills in working within a team, leading a team, coaching and developing a team and working autonomous, Linda now focuses on exceeding her own personal goals and building enduring broker relationships that go beyond the operational.

I can see the difference I can make in SCCU – for the business, for the brokers, their customers, SCCU staff – and for myself. I have already experience how fast moving SCCU is, particularly with decision making that benefits all. It’s easy when you know what you’re doing is for the right reasons and work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.

For Linda, it’s about balancing a collaborative approach that brings people together, while maintaining high standards across procedure, policy, safety and service. Ensuring that relationships are strong and communication is clear so every experience is a positive one and that customers get what they need, when they need it.
