As part of our Executive team, Luciana helps leverage our business intelligence by facilitating the merge between marketing, analytics and projects that are mostly focused on product performance, implementation and delivery.
With a Bachelor in Journalism, an MBA in Project Management, a Diploma in Digital Marketing and a certificate in Business Analysis, Luciana accumulates over 15 years of experience in marketing and digital transformation. Her passion lies in driving impactful change with her contributions to our business winning her the 2024 SCCU’s Mover and Changer, a peer-recognition award for her purpose-driven as our Marketing Manager in her first three years working with us.

Coming from Brazil, where she worked for large corporations and a broadcast giant, Luciana was drawn to the Credit Union model – a financial organisation that reinvests in its customers, not shareholders. She thrives in our community-focused environment where she can combine marketing, brand strategy, and project leadership to help deliver real value to our customers.
