  • Are there any fees for using Square with SCCU?

    Yes. Square offers transparent, flat-rate fees per transaction with no lock-in contracts or hidden charges. You will incur fees per transaction and costs for point of sale equipment such as Square reader device and docking station.

  • How do I get started with Square through SCCU?

    You can sign up for Square through our website or visit your local Financial Service Centre for help. Once you’ve created your Square account, you can connect it to your SCCU Business Plus transaction account to start taking payments and receiving funds quickly and securely.

    When paired with your SCCU Business Plus transaction account, Square gives you fast access to your funds and a seamless way to manage payments, sales, and business banking in one place.

  • What is the special SCCU offer with Square?

I’m so thrilled we decided to have our team development day in SSCU’s Mirrabooka room. Toni and Zoe were extremely friendly and accommodating, they had everything set up for us by the time we arrived.  Jo loved the ‘state of the art’ IT system, her power point presentation and laptop integration worked like a breeze.  I also found the flip charts extremely useful for discussion notes.  The space was big enough for individual team sessions and intimate enough for everyone to hear. Morning tea and lunch worked seamlessly, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and the outside sundeck was delightful. The team loved the coffee machine! It certainly helped with the quiet times in our meeting! Overall the day was a huge success! Thank you so much for creating a local facility with the class and sophistication of the city!
