Her journey with SCCU began in the Customer Service Centre, giving Jess deep knowledge and appreciation of our customers’ needs to create a seamless experience.
With over a decade of customer service experience, Jess is passionate supporting individuals through challenges and success with their financial needs. Her experiences have shaped her empathy, resilience, and problem-solving skills, qualities that led to her natural progression to a leadership role. Jess is passionate about creating an environment where her team feels supported and empowered to do their best work.
