Need to activate your card?

Getting started is simple, follow these steps, you can even do it while you’re on the go:

NetBanking – once you’re logged in:
  1. Go to Services > Cards.
  2. Request and enter your secure SMS code.
  3. Click Validate.
  4. Follow the prompts to activate your card.
Mobile App – once you’re logged in:
  1. Tap the menu icon and select Cards.
  2. Choose the card you want to activate.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to activate your card.

  • How do I change my PIN?

    You can easily change your Visa Debit Card PIN through NetBanking or the SCCU Mobile App. Simply log in, select your card, and follow the prompts to update your PIN instantly.

  • Can I use my Visa Debit Card overseas?

    Yes, your card works anywhere Visa is accepted. Just remember to check your card is enabled for international use, and understand extra fees that may apply, including being aware of any foreign transaction fees.

  • How do I add my card to a digital wallet?

    You can add your Visa Debit Card to Apple Pay or Google Pay™ devices by following the instructions in your device’s wallet app. Once added, you can tap and pay securely anywhere contactless payments are accepted. See our Apple Pay or Google Pay pages for further information.

  • What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

    If your Visa Debit Card is ever lost, stolen, or you notice unusual activity, you can temporarily block it in the SCCU mobile app, cancel and reorder a new one immediately. This ensures your money stays safe while you sort things out.

    If your card was lost or stolen within Australia, contact Visa Emergency Hotline on 1800 621 199 immediately.

    If you’re overseas, visit Visa’s global support page to find the correct contact number.
