We commit to providing a supportive, safe and respectful work environment where learning and development opportunities are embraced.

Our employment conditions and benefits are designed to attract good people, build our experience and knowledge base and provide opportunities for our team to develop their skills. We commit to maintaining high standards in the areas of equal employment opportunities, diversity, employee satisfaction, recruitment and retention, training, work health and safety, health and wellbeing strategies and remuneration.

  • Our Commitment to our Community

Since our beginnings in 1966 we have been committed to positively contributing to our local communities.

We commit to minimising the impact of our operations on the environment. We focus heavily on water and energy consumption, waste, the use of raw materials and choice of company vehicles. We also support local environmental initiatives.

  • Our Commitment to Corporate Governance

We commit to maintaining a transparent and accountable approach to corporate governance across all areas of our organisation. This is supported through robust governance frameworks in the areas of Risk, Compliance and Finance. These standards are defined in the Customer Owned Banking Code of Practice.
