e-Statements require you to be registered for NetBanking (SCCU's Internet Banking Service).*
- Register for access to NetBanking and e-Statements.
1. Within 24 hours of your form being received by SCCU, (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) you will be contacted about your NetBanking password. You will be unable to use NetBanking until you are contacted.
2. SCCU will contact you by phone receive your initial password.
3. To access NetBanking, go to the SCCU website and select "Access NetBanking" from the menu.
4. When accessing NetBanking the first time, you will be prompted to change your access code to one of your choice. Passwords must be at least 8 alphanumeric characters long including at least two letters and two numbers. Passwords are not case sensitive.
