We are extremely happy with the results showing more than 82% of you are satisfied with your banking experience at SCCU. Our customer service, easy-to-bank-with approach and community support were the driving factors behind our overall customer satisfaction score.
Your top 2 areas for improvement were the introduction of real time payments (Osko by BPay) and an upgrade to our mobile banking app. We were excited to deliver the new version of our mobile banking app at the end of June and will hope to roll out real time payments in the coming year.
You also told us that your top two financial goals were to “Ensure financial stability” and be able to “Manage expenses and get control”. Both areas where we can certainly assist and help you feel secure and in control of your finances.
Our Kids Fundraising
For every completed annual survey, we donated $1 towards Our Kids. We were pleased to present Our Kids with $1794 which will go towards the purchase of a BiliLux Led Phototherapy Light.
Premature babies often require many days of phototherapy for the treatment of jaundice. The BiliLux light effectively reduces the serum bilirubin concentration of premature babies and neonates with hyperbilirubinemia (jaundice). This soundless, lightweight device is placed on a humidicrib, allowing for continuous phototherapy whilst allowing parents and the medical team the best access possible to their babies.
