Renita Moore

Renita Moore leads the team at Tweed City Financial Service Centre.  Joining Southern Cross Credit Union in 2018, Renita thrives on helping our customer achieve their financial goals by providing great customer service and sharing her skills with her team.  Renita started her role at SCCU as a Customer Service Specialist, working in both the Contact Service Centre and in our Financial Service Centre’s.  She then moved on to work as a Personal Banking Specialist, being a top performer and receiving accolades for the personalized service she would provide to our lending customers.  Working in key areas of our customer facing departments, when a Manager position became available she took the opportunity to further engage with our customers.

But it’s not all business.  Born and bred in the Northern Rivers, Renita can’t get much more local.  She prides herself on being embedded in the local community with her children being in the Local Athletics and herself being a strong member within the Little A’s community.   She was proud to assist in the Community Grants program, presenting a cheque to the Red Cross to provide communication devices in local disaster areas to assisting local schools with their sporting events.
